Product questions

First check the product’s supported environment and limitations. On itch.io, the product pages have comments for ordinary product questions. For a Gumroad purchase, use the contact and support routes supplied with your purchase information.

Include the product/version, Windows and host-software versions, the steps you followed and the exact error. Share only a small synthetic example or redacted report. Do not post private documents, artwork, payment details or full private paths.
